Hi Everyone!

I had Jaaxy Pro prior to my membership renewing. My payments have been consistently taken, but my membership reverted to the light version. It's really agg

Hi GMikat,

Have you, tried Tech Support? Sometimes take a while to get it. My Jaaxy went from lite to the 30 search words free trial. It eventually got sorted on its own.

Jaaxy belongs to WA tech support should be able to assist.

I am sorry that you are aggravated, hope it comes fine.

Site support solves a lot of things. Or they can at least point you to right direction ;)

SiteSupport has been my catchall for anything that falls between the cracks. To get through their filter I answer Yes to their is this a website issue and I pick other. Usually if SiteSupport cannot resolve they check with Carson and he may write you back.

go to live chat someone should help with your payment there

Could anyone please list the specific settings in Wordpress to make sure the blog roll is the Home Page? I believe the correct location is under Settings and the Reading tab. T

I exact followed Kayle's training and have blogroll as the homepage. I never choose the static page. If I remember right I choose "Your latest Post".

Thank you! That helps confirm the conclusion I came to. I appreciate all the help!

Thanks Robert, but my question still remains. If I am setting up a Wordpress site as in the Initial Training. Kyle recommends making the homepage a blog roll. I made a mess of my site and I really want to know what exact settings in the Reading tab should be in place to make this happen correctly.

Ok here is my Home Page Blog Roll and Static Page

Thank you Robert you’ve gone above and beyond! That’s just what I needed. I had made a giant mess of things and had confused myself in the process. Your screenshots rock!

No probs Gregory and happy to help if and when I can.
Remember one is for one of my sites and the other is for another of my sites.
They are not both on the same site.
Enjoy your Sunday.
Robert

If you choose Static Page then of course choose what you believe is your best one.
You can always change this as you publish more posts.

If you choose to have a Blog Roll then your ;latest published post will always be at the top of the list.

I have a Home Page on one of my sites and a Blog Roll on another and to tell you the truth I would rather have a Static Page on both but I like to compare for and test the results.

Its entirely up to you what you prefer.

I have purchased and old domain for my niche. I want to point it to the site Rubix platform for hosting and build a wordpress site on the old domain. Will Site rubix allow this

have you tried pointing it to the WA servers?

it's just a domain and not a website, right?

if you'd purchased a new domain you could point it, the old one should be the same - where did you purchase it, because that is where you point it to the servers - check out the search bar for the different places of purchase

Thank you, it is a domain I bought at auction, not a website...although I'm new enough at this that I'm not sure how it works when the domain did not expire and I just purchased it...when entered into my browser it takes me to a "under construction" page. I'm assuming I have a blank page to build on...but assuming is always dangerous.

did the people who sold it to you give you any details as to where they bought it? If you bought a domain at godaddy and you wanted to build a site and host it here then you'd still need to point the domain to the servers here, and at godaddy you would type the WA servers in - or you could move the domain here, for that you'd ask sitesupport
