SiteComments showing someone else's page! What's up with that?

So I want to get some SiteComments with my credits. The page I want comments on shows someone else's page. I've sent a support ticket but have not heard back.

Anyone know what's up with that? As you can see, it is showing Mike's Bikes and Parts, and NOT my website.

Thanks

Yikes ... I wonder if this has something to do with Carson and his techies trying to complete the SSL Certificate upgrade recently announced?

I trust WA's Tech Support team ... anxious to here the results of your support ticket Joanne.

Morning Dennis!

... reply from support - "Please give this some time as the image will be updated on the next system check."

Hasn't been corrected yet, but I'm sure it will be eventually.

Yes, it is a WA cache issue. I can see that the cached image for my site is one I stopped using over a year ago.

Thanks Chris!

... funny thing is it was working fine yesterday, presenting properly the page with the issue - who knows.

Me too.

Hi Geoff
... I'm really not sure if you have to report each instance to support, or if it will just update on it's own.
Support asked specifically for a screenshot of the page it's happening on, so you may indeed have to contact them.

It's a WA cache problem, the comments will appear on your website though

How do I make it go away Loes?
I've cleared the cache on my end, but it continues.
Support is usually extremely quick for me, but they have not responded to this problem.

Should I just forget about it - it's a little aggravating seeing someone else's site there.

Thanks!

It is not on your side, it on WA

Thanks again Loes - I'll give support just a little longer then before I submit another ticket - or do you suggest contacting Kyle on this one? I don't want to pester anyone, but it's driving me nuts!

They probably will too get nuts of all of us;)
