I would like to know if I need to pay after I have created my keywords, as I was busy selecting there was a pop up for payment. Kindly assist as i am stuck
Your question is not clear but you are a premium member you have access to jaaxy for unlimited keyword research. So you do not have to pay for anything unless you upgrade jaaxy pro

With WA Premium, the on-platform keyword research tool is called Jaaxy ... and Jaaxy Lite is already included with your WA Premium....
... if you've decided to upgrade to Jaaxy Pro or Jaaxy Enterprise? .... then that's different and it would require a payment ....
