Status Update
As part of my Level 4 training it's time for a STATUS UPDATE.
BTW... That's me in the pic doing my best Robert de Niro.
I joined WA about 3.5 months ago and SO glad I did. Overall my progress is slower than I wish. I always have a driving sense of urgency. But, I also want to learn everything and give my very best effort.
Kind of a kick for me was after publishing a post yesterday it was indexed by Google quite quickly. Now, if I can just figure out how that happened, ha!
I've published 15 articles. That doesn't seem like much. I've started working on producing at least twice that rate, preferable more. I'd like to get 3 - 4 posts per week.
6 of my posts have been indexed by Google and 5 were my most recent. I've learned so much I know I can go back and significantly improve older posts. That seems like it's worth doing. Is it?
There are two things that slow me down the most. One is when I end up doing a lot more research on a topic than I expected. The other is when I run into some kind of a technoloy snafoo that I just have to bang away at until the light goes on in my brain.
BTW, I can't say enough about this fantastic community! You folks are AWESOME and it's a joy and a privilege to be a part. Kyle and Carson have done an amazing job with this.
My website is designed to provide inspiration and information to help aging guys like me to engage in a plan for fitness. Most commonly in the US, men over 60 are on a long decent in regards to health and overall quality of life.
My aim is to help them to significantly improve their health and fitness so the "rest of their life can be the best of there life. My hope if to see men live longer and better.
I hope for them to be around for their families, especially grand kids if their fortunate enough to have them.
I bounce around on the trampoline with my grandkids and throw them around in the pool. It's some of my favortie things in life! I want that for other guys too.
Goals for my site by the end of 2020:
- Have at least 60 posts with most if not all indexed in Google
- Finish my WA training and start listening to archived trainings
- Have accelerating traffic counts daily, weekly and monthly
Sincere thanks to all of you who have been amazing and inspiring support!
Glenn
