Selling Wool in the Summertime...
This has been a great week for my existing website on which I sell craft supplies. I'm averaging between $200-300 a day in sales. This is typically the worst month of the year for me (hey... selling wool in the hot southern summertime isn't easy!) so I'm really encouraged. I've been using info that I've learned here on WA and I'm now finding myself with first page google listings on quite a few of my keywords. WA has been well-worth the cost alone just to get these tips. So, I will continue to work on this project along with putting into play the other things I'm learning here. Now... have to go and write some more articles!

Thanks, Carrie. There are some beautiful places around. I see that you're also into Genealogy--my other love!
Penelope, it's not hard at all. It's just a matter of practice and not getting overwhelmed... kind of like it is here at WA ! Love those Razorbacks! I'm originally from Arkansas, too. Go Hogs!
Glenda, your photos are wonderful. You live in such a lovely state. I just never connected sheep with Tennessee, but I do a bit of genealogy research from time to time and often see sheep on the estate lists of my North Carolina ancestors.
Hats off to you! Best of luck in all your learning.
Hi Glenda, interesting that you spin the wool yourself. I was wondering is it difficult to learn? I have seen it done on TV and it looked like a lot of fun.
Yes, I do spin it myself. It's really relaxing to get caught up in the rhythm of the wheel and it's a great way to get away from the stress of the world for awhile.
Great! That is good to hear that you are making money on your site. Also, I look forward to that too, but I am taking it very slow and learning as much as I can.
