I want to have a niche on travel. This is a broad area to cover so would I need to narrow it down?

Yes. I think you need to narrow it down. For example, travelling in Asia or maybe specific places such as world heritage. If about Japan, I can provide you as much as information you need to know as I was staying in for 11 years. Cheers:)

Definitely check out the training that bmark just left for you, it's worth it. Once you figure out exactly what you want to write about, you won't have a problem :-) Good luck to you!

Hi I found some training on this:

Breaking Down A Niche

hope this helps

Definitely, you have to narrow it down and after finding your niche do the right keyword research.
If you need help pm me-:)

Yes definitely Travel on its own is just too broad.
You need to narrow it down

examples:-
Travel in North America
Travel In Europe ...etc

Travel for the over 40's, or 50,s etc
Travel for the solo traveller
Travel in South America on a budget

You could combine any of these even further

Travel for the over 40's solo traveller in Europe on a budget interested in Roman Architecture.

Or you could target a site at people with issues that make travel more of a challenge and find and discuss resources to help them.
This could separate you from the rest.

I am sure you get the idea.

They're fantastic ideas!

Yes, you would need to narrow it down. What aspect of traveling are you passionate about? You could also check out travel sites to get an ideas of a small niche.
