Pushing through blocks
I have finally reached the end of level two. To be honest I underestimated the work that needs to be done. I had a couple of blocks because I misunderstood the instructions in the activities. And also because I kept skipping some parts which I would later regret. If it wasn't for the people at WA, this would have been a very looong journey.
What Im most proud of is I have learned through this programme that if you don't push through the blocks aggressively, you will most probably procrastinate leaving the blocks to be bigger and bigger all in your mind.
I am taking this lesson to be a part of me from now on cause it makes me feel transformed. Just like muscle failure builds muscle when exercising, you will get to the real meat when you push through the blocks.

Great post if you missed something in the training lessons you can go back over them because that is what I am doing is going back over the lessons and taking notes this time and that has helped me and I have improved things on my site. I hope this helps you out.
