how to find a keyword who works to create the good title
Actually my content is not available,it's only a draft, l'm going to do a simple summary of my niche built on a personal experience. Younger l underwent two dorsal surgical procedures that forced me to use( diaper urinary leakage ) following medical treatment, l suffered from this temporary situation, it's a little what motivated me to create this niche. l have a hard time choosing from among the titles stated below, l want to be close to the google profile .

Hi Gerard. This is a sensitive subject to tackle but as you have personal experience it makes you the perfect person to talk about it, experience is paramount, showing empathy for your readers.
I read your titles. I have to be honest, there isnt one there that I would go for as they don't really make sense. Google likes titles that make sense and when your reader gets to your post, you want to show you are experienced and have authority in this niche, so a title that makes sense is really the best way to go.
I have a few issues with the ones you have suggested ....

Are the diapers called "Easily Diapers" ?
What keywords are you using in your title? If you can tell me what they are, Il do my best to suggest some titles that might work better?

men : it concern only men
diapers : the name of the product
underwear :the name of another product same use
easy or easily : it's the way to get the product,to buy
care :because you have to take it

I am not sure that I would use any of the titles you have suggested Gerard They really don't make sense. Perhaps if you moved the titles around a bit-

Buy diapers and underwear for men easily
Men, get diapers and underwear easily
Easy to find Diapers and anti-leak underwear for men
