I know just what you mean Gemma. I wish I had an instant save button in my head. I seem to come up with ideas when I'm driving and by the time I get where I am going, they are gone. I usually remember bits and pieces but sometimes I have thought of a whole piece of writing and loved the words and then they are gone. I do keep many notes on my computer though, so that it's always there for me. My smart phone has a lot of notes too.

Yes, it is easy to get lost in the woods on ideas, there are many good ones out there that have potential...By nature, those of us in this business tend to be creative, so there are always things buzzing around in our heads...Grabbing onto the ones that you have the most passion for and building them out is the key, while still allowing those other ones to keep on flying around you!
