Happy Independence Day WA Family!
As I am sure there are many Veterans here at WA as well as current active duty military or family members of our Soldiers and Veterans; I wanted to take a minute this afternoon before I head to work To say Thank You to our Veterans, Active Duty Military and their Families for all you have done, all you are doing, and for your sacrifices for our Nations safety and Freedom. I have and always will have the Highest Utmost respect for Veterans, Active Duties Military Personnel and their Families.
I come from a long line of Army family members, and am Proud to be a decedent of so many Soldiers Past and current. My Grandfather still Proudly displays his Purple Heart he earned during the Korean war, and I currently have a Niece deployed.
So as we Celebrate our Nations Freedoms tonight, I just want to remind all, Freedom isn't Free, a Price was paid buy our Veterans and is still being paid by our current active duty military personnel. So remember to Thank a Veteran or Active duty Soldier today and if there's none in your Family but you have a friend who is a Veteran or Active Duty, Take a moment to seek them out today, shake their hand and Thank Them.
Meanwhile, everyone please keep your outdoor pets in mind tonight as you Celebrate, fireworks can often cause pain to animals ears when they are being fired off, so if at all possible be sure and bring them indoors during the Celebration, and have a Safe and Wonderful Independence Day Celebration.
