Unbelievable but true - Fat is good for you
It is true that obesity is a huge problem everywhere now. But one fallout of our increasingly health conscious times is that we have demonized fat.

Researchers can't make up their minds
It seems that no particular food can be proved to be good or bad conclusively, as one day eggs are back in our favors and the next they are out again, but the experience of human palate, which is more steady than this ping ponging, tell us that any food that is natural and wholesome is not that bad.

And fat always makes food tasty, and it’s not wrong for food to make you want to eat it.
Ghee (clarified butter) is a super food now. Doctors are asking us to cook in mustard oil instead of various kinds of processed or refined oils. Coconut oil is another good food. In the West, and in South East Asia too, olive oil is considered another benevolent oil. Go for these and have a great time.
The thing to only remember is that too much of any good thing is not good.
