Found my site at a better position on google

The last time I searched for my website on google I used my original website name and I couldn't find it. I thought perhaps it was somewhere close or even at the end of the list of the millions of search results. I felt discouraged but alas, today I search for a certain post on my site see what I got:

Rejoice with me, I am at least on page 9 of 1 970 000 results with my 'gifts for elderly parents' post!
