Discussion: Can't we get to promote each other's businesses at WA

Hello friends! This is just my thinking and please feel free to debate it and air your views. I was just thinking we can enrich each other at Wealthy Affiliate before we start scrambling for customers from the world outside WA community.

We can promote each other’s businesses through:

• 1.Boosting each other’s traffic amounts
• 2.Increasing each other’s internet revenue

To achieve point number 1 we can do it this way: when one is looking for some information won’t it be good to search through WA hosted sites thereby helping generate traffic for fellow WA buddy?

In case of point number 2, say a WA member is looking for a product to buy online, one can consider buying through fellow WA member sites thereby contributing to each other’s affiliate revenue.

Of cause the first challenge is how to identify WA hosted sites on google! I will suggest a single simple approach though we can help each other develop a more accurate methodology. One way can be through the live chart. One can just ask in the live chart if there be a fellow member with a niche or site selling the product or providing the information of interest.

Merits of this approach

• Increasing fellow member’s revenue and traffic
• Motivating those with low revenue and low traffic sites
• Boosting newbies’ confidence in affiliate business

De-merits of the approach

Members may relax and never develop websites with highly competing content and appearance and consequently individual website ranking may drop down on google.
