Happy Days - gone annual with super duper Black Friday bonuses

Well, I've decided to do it - I've spent more money lol But ...
I do think it's money well spent. I have been loving Wealthy Affiliate and all it has to offer. The community is helpful, supportive and there is a wealth of information here whether it be in the training, live training classes á la Jay, blog posts from our very experienced marketers or blog posts from us newbies. There is so much to learn from everyone.
Added to that, there are some great bonuses thrown in with this membership this weekend including, what I think is pretty awesome, the locked in price of the annual membership at $299 for life. Translated, I guess that means you have me for life haha
Seriously though, to date, I did actually make the top 100 which was a pretty awesome feeling. I have learned though, that it can be time-consuming to stay there. Not a bad thing unless it's time you should be using to work on content and sites instead.
So just a word of caution to those folk chasing rank (I wasn't chasing it but if I'm honest, when I got there, I was trying to stay there which meant I could possibly have had a few more articles under my belt by now - no regrets), please do be aware of the pitfalls of doing so - I'm just letting you know from my perspective.
Speaking of rank, mine is going to slide now (it already has) and I am okay with that. For those who have seen me around, or perhaps have noticed that I haven't been here for a few days, I have a full-time job now. There are various reasons for me having to go that route (for now!) but it has meant I have had less time to be actively involved in the community. I do apologize for that. I will be as active as I can and drop in on conversations and questions as and when I get a chance to.
I have every confidence in WA and all it has to offer, hence the annual membership. I need to think long and hard about my niche and direction again. I'm not sure if I am in the right niche or doing the right thing, but the bottom line is that I am here to stay and I look forward to it!
I sincerely look forward to working with the many wonderful friends I have already connected with, to the future ones I know I will be connecting with, and the WA community as a whole.
You're all pretty amazing to me. Thank you for making this a safe and supportive place to meet and work.
