Hi - you still own the domain?
You have continued to pay the yearly renewal fee, as well as your WA subscription?
Have you lapsed your WA membership for any length of time?
If you are not a member for more than 60 days, then your website is deleted.
Site Support should be able to restore it if it is less than 6 months.
Yes I still own the active domain. There was a time that my membership had lapsed but it was far less than 6 months. I'll keep trying and thankyou
