Back after 1 years
Hey Wealthy Affiliates!
Good to be back after such a long time.
Same as a vast amount of people, I lost my job recently due to the pandemic, and Wealthy Affiliate is my only shot in these days when very few companies are hiring phyisically.
Since I need to make some money during this time to help ease my financial struggles, I would appreciate any advice on how I can use the platform to do so.

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your job. This whole platform is about learning how to create a website around something you're passionate about and yet earn money through advertising or commission on products you recommend to your readers.
Therefore, it's a long process and it takes at least 6 months before seeing the first dollar.
If you worked on the training when you joined, by now you could've potentially had another stream of income to rely upon until the pandemic situation gets under control.
But it's not all bad news. I'd recommend offering your skills to individuals, website owners, startups and companies online to get some active income going on - while you work through WA training.
No one knows how long this pandemic situation might last, but if you start working on both active & passive income right now - you might not have to go back to 9-5 after the situation gets in control and everyone starts hiring again.
