why not use your google analytics and search console - they are not limited
maybe a straight question to Kyle
remember they were experiencing problems with their servers and systems until late yesterday - so the number may have been reset now.

I occasionally use analytics and search console - but I find Site Rank to be really efficient. It alerted me that I was ranking for some keywords that weren't visible in console or other keyword research tools.
And since I get 100 scans each month as part of WA membership, I prefer using it.
I wasn't aware of their server problems. Unfortunately, it isn't fixed yet and it has been like this since the 7th of June.
i take it there is no help for jaaxy on the jaaxy site - just a thought.
but i tend to get keywords thrown in search console and bounced out again as google is testing my content against others.
some totally unrelated searches as well.. but they only tend to be there for a short period and others take their place.
i never bother with the scans - maybe i should try them out....

I see. Yeah, I'm aware of the keywords and rankings bouncing. I use SiteRank to notify me when keywords make it to top 20-30 positions and from there, I track how they progress.
I was able to catch a couple of keywords that were ranking in the first page and see how they perform month to month which is great.
Can Kyle or Carson help answer this question when it seems that other members have no idea about it?

I have used all of my auto scan as well but don't worry, we can still do manual scanning using our Jaaxy Lite.
It's a pain but we can still get the job done. Just like when we want to get the QSR score.

I also have some of my important keywords automated and it seems like Jaaxy isn't working properly since it was supposed to apply 100 new scans on June 7th and it didn't.
