Embrace the moment
There are so many times in our life, that we have opportunities and things, that we can look back at and wonder, what would have happened if I had done this different. I am here to tell you as a Disabled Veteran I often look back and think to myself what would have happened if I had done things a little different in life where would I be now? Would I be here talking to you wonderful people.
That is what made me stop and think for a moment the more I sit here and reminisce about the past wondering what I would change if I could, I realize that I would not change anything. Have I had hard times, You bet I have, but those things made me who I am today. Its because I embraced the moment that I am now able to sit here and type this message to all you amazing individuals.
The more I thought on this the more I realized you have to Embrace the moment don't worry about the past, live in the now, embrace the opportunities you have currently. dwelling in the past leads you to stagnation. Learning from your past and embracing the the present, is what makes you who you are today, sure if you went back and changed things you might have changed the outcome, but then you may not have ever found this wonderful opportunity in life either.
So all this boils down to stop living in the past, Learn from the mistakes you have made but do not dwell on them. push forward with life and embrace the Moment. You all have been given a rare gift, that gift is your current life. Its yours as long as you live, but we all know life is very unpredictable so anything can happen to us any time. Embrace the moment and live for today, let tomorrow speak for itself, and Let the past serve as a Lesson.
