Show Gratitude Every Day Advice From Jeff Walker
5
- Show gratitude every day - before you go to sleep each night think about 3 things that you were grateful for that day. Three things that you accomplished. It is really easy to gloss over things or get disheartened when things don't go to plan but everyday there should be a least a couple of things to be grateful for.
- Baby steps - Rome wasn't built in a day so if you are looking for 'get rich quick' scheme you might be a little disappointed. Building a business taking baby steps so celebrate every one of them. Celebrate every accomplishment no matter how small, celebrate it because it is progress. Always think about what you are after long term and go after that.
- Embrace your uniqueness - every single one of us has a special gift to give to the world and ourselves. What is your gift? Jeff Walker spends three days every single week embracing his uniqueness and his gifts. Nothing deters him from this no phone, sms, skype nothing. He gives himself 100% to commit to this task.

All three points are important to remember. Too many people forget to embrace their uniqueness. I think that's where a person's strength lies. Whatever makes you different is often what you have to give to others. Thanks Gai. I enjoyed reading this.
I agree and think that what makes us unique is why we are here. Our uniqueness is our gift to the world but all too often people don't find their gift or don't embrace it! And giving is the key to receiving a great lesson as well. Thanks for reading Gai

Appreciation and gratitude are surely keys to contentment. I like how it was these "simple things" that moved you to write this blog. You get to the heart of what enables success, not the making of money but the gaining of gratitude, embracing uniqueness, noticing the "small" things. Nice work. Thanks Gai:)
