I am like most people, easily distracted.

I've been on WA every single day since I joined, but I have mostly been reading, watching youtube videos about affiliate marketing, marketing with social media, etc. And trying to get ahead. But today I slapped myself in the face and said HEY! How long has it been since you got through a Lesson on your WA Course? .. TOO long.

So I jumped back on track and just did what my lesson told me to do and I finished another post on my blog about the importance of eating a healthy breakfast and WHAT to eat:

And I just realised, when moving down to the next Course, what I will learn about next is Social Marketing. And I've been trying to look around for it. DOH! Reminder to self: Stay on the course!

Well, I am back on track, let's make sure I Stay that way. And don't forget to eat breakfast tomorrow morning!

Yep, breakfast is really important. It is good not to eat after 3 p.m. too till next day.

Does that mean you should not eat dinner?

Dinner supposed to be between 2 and 3 pm. I know is sounds crazy, especially when people see food as comfort dish after hard work. But for your body it does not work. Look at Europeans, they are in good shape. There are ways, how you can have enough calories through your lunch break. It will be dinner. After work day, it is enough to drink vegetable juice or watter. You will see how good you feel in morning.

Wow, I've never heard that! And I'm European, haha :)
I will give it some serious thought! But as I work out after work (around 6 pm, I usually need some food afterwards to build up muscle. Or what would you recommend me to do?

I guess for men is different because they have bigger mass of muscle. What works for me, when I have big meal of organic rice and organic peas together. It is tasty, fulfilling and has all ingredients as proteins, ninerals, enzymes through day. I was crazy about chocolate, now I do not want it. Of course,I have more various food, but early in morning and till 4 p.m. There are some exceptions, but I would like to stick to this schedule. You can have protein shakes. Just think what is better for your body:) good luck:)
