The best thing you can do is create a Youtube video yourself if you are going to be getting into video creation. I would suggest creating content (text based) if you don't create youtube videos.

Me personally, I create videos very rarely whereas others create a good deal of them. It just depends on which direction you head and don't feel like you have to be good at doing video to be very successful because you don't. :)
