Appologies for the lack of activity
I am not as active on this site or building out the content of my site as of late. This is not because I am getting lazy, or disenfranchised. Rather, I am in my learning phase. It has only been a little over a month since I have been living alone. In this time, I am experimenting. Some sucessess like my chocolate, some partial failures with my own breads. This is similar for my own attempts at fermenting veggies, and souring my grains.
Perhaps I have jumped into my niche too quickly, I know much more about soaking and sprouting, but I also know that this is actually not the key to optimal health, only a part of it. I have some heavy reading ahead of me, and more personal trials to do.
I appreciate all the feedback you have given me on my site, but it looks like there is going to be a content overhaul as I know more about the subject than before, and some places need corrections. I am also beggining to question whether the sprouted products I am affiliated with really are what their worth in terms of health benefits.
The direction of the whole site is going to change a bit to include souring and fermenting as sprouting is not enough in some cases.
