I would say test some of them out since they do not cost you and see which one is most mobile friendly all the best

I just went through the whole theme debacle but made out OK.
If you go into your wordpress dashboard and go to themes you will be able to use filters to search with.

If your chief concern is mobile make sure to select a "Responsive" theme.
That basically means it will detect the device and attempt to best display for you.

There are a lot to choose from and you can whittle things down with additional filters, I hope this helps, my best,
