1st Year at WA.
I haven't earned one red cent, and I seem to have trouble even getting referrals to try WA out for free...(any advice is welcome)
So why am I tagging this a success post? Because I have learned more in the last 12 months here at WA than in the last 7 - 8 years going at it on my own. I have a live website (www.tgiflizzy.com), I've learned things that have baffled me for years (like SEO, Keywords, and how to use Google Analytics). Thanks Jay!
Admittedly, I was initially disappointed that things were progressing kinda slowly and I'm not rich by now (I know...got caught up in the hype), but once I got a taste of how much work actually goes into what I'm trying to accomplish I realized I needed to adjust my timelines a bit. (alot...WTF did I get myself into?!?!)
A tip for you newbies: Everyone learns at different paces. Do not (I repeat) DO NOT compare your progress to someone else who may be moving faster or doing better. They are on a completely different path from you. Trust your dream, trust the process, be patient, and follow the lessons. It's gonna happen for you too!!
Also on a personal note:
#My2017: I finally kicked the cigarette habit for good, Got myself in the gym 4-5 days a week (I'm in the best shape of my life!!) started eating better (cut out red meat...sorta lol) Paid off all major debts (Car, Student loans, a couple other stupid things on my cred report...1 thing left that will be paid off within the next 30 days), Started a business (HMU if you need to be certified in CPR/1st Aid)
Sure there were some speed bumps and roadblocks along the way but all in all 2017 was the 2nd best year of my life (#1 was 1994 the year my son was born)
I'm really looking forward to 2018. The progress I'm gonna make, new friends (that's you), and learning new skills that will make me even more of a rockstar than I am right now! Lets go!!!!!

Wow! Happy for you and tracking the foottrack behind.
Just completed 7 months mark and full of new things picking up one by one.
Yes, everyone's learning curve differs. Glad you make it headways.
Congratulations!
Congratulations. Sounds like 2017 has been a great year for you and I can only see even greater things for you in 2018.

I agree with you, Floyd. Every one learns at a different pace. It's been a little over a year for me. When I first started, I didn't even know what a NICHE was. And my computer skills, well, I have gotten much better.
I think many people start off with the wishful thought that they will be millionaires in just a few months. But with any business, It takes time to build.
Don't give up. Cause if you do, you will never know what you can do. Just do your best.
And congrats on the stop smoking, I'm still battling that.
Wishing you the best!
I used a Vape for a little while to ween myself off of nicotine. I found it to be very helpful, plus within 2-3 days without a cigarette your health will drastically, notably start to improve.
I wrote an article about it https://tgiflizzy.com/vaping-vs-smoking
Maybe it'll be helpful.
Good luck with quitting I promise you'll be glad you did!
i went a few months with the patch. But being stressed out too much... i gave in. My niece uses the smok. she loves it. I've been cutting back Thinking new years is my goal to stop completely.
When I was in training for a 5K, I was down to a pack a week. Now that I can't run anymore, it's hard to stay physical.
I have my mind set on it this time. And I think having the right mind about something is most of the hard work.
Thank You
