It was supposed to be a wholesome back-to-school parade. Cute girls carrying flowerpots, dogs wagging their tails, vats bubbling mysteriously, and rabbits... well, rabbits doing whatever rabbits do in public with ceramic cookware.

Then someone played “The Flowerpot Song” on a loop.

Big mistake.
HUGE.

The Story

Every September, the town of Pottsville hosts its annual “Back-to-School Bloom Parade,” where kids bring a flower to school for their teachers. Sweet, right?

Wrong. This year, the town's Spotify DJ mixed up the playlist and accidentally blasted the satirical version of the classic:

🎶 “The Flowerpot Boom! ” 🎶

It started slowly.

One girl misheard the lyrics and gently tossed her flowerpot onto the playground like a shot put champion in ballet flats. The teacher applauded... assuming it was “interpretive gifting.”

Then chaos erupted.
Flowerpots rained down like ceramic hail.
Dogs, sensing rebellion, started digging into the vats of school lunch stew.
The chemistry teacher’s lab rabbit, Mr. Bubbles, jumped onto a drum set made of terracotta pots and played a solo that made two pigeons cry.

One grandma (who clearly had WWII flashbacks) yelled,

“It’s happening again!!” and ducked behind a compost bin.

Within minutes, the school courtyard looked like a gardening shop had exploded during a rave.

The principal, flowerpot stuck on her head like a medieval helmet, declared:

“New rule: Plastic plants only.”
