The robot programmer doesn't know (and can not perceive) the "true intent" of the person asking the question. The person asking the question, doesn't even know what they are asking for. (If they did, they would not be asking)

I am seeing people asking questions with a click of a button. It is a question that has been pre-programmed by the bots. It is not even a good question to be asked, but it is easier for the user to "click the button" to ask a pre-programmed question than it is to take some time and thought to type out and ask a genuine authentic question.

Therefore the asker asks a lame question and gets an automated more lame answer, and nobody progresses.

Life chat doesn't always need to be in words but can be in an image that is given from the heart and soul of someone because they are worthy of it.

Robot chat is one with no true feelings, particularly towards a person.
