Meditation For Success

Last Update: May 26, 2019

When I lived on Spruce Island I had a special place I liked to visit. I followed a hidden trail through the meadow to a spot where the trees grew in a park-like way, well-spaced and large.

I had a favorite tree there. It was the biggest tree in the area. Its branches grew to the ground. At the base, the tree limbs were spaced a distance apart, and there was one mossy place between two branches where I could sit with my back leaning against the tree and meditate.

I called this tree "Your Treeness" and regarded this spot as my church. If I had a problem or a question, I would go out to my special tree, sit between its branches, and ask for an answer. Sitting in the quiet forest, I often felt the answer come and enter my mind.

I sometime wrote out there, because the atmosphere was so calming. For this blog, I'm sharing with you part of one of my compositions from that time. It's a bit of information about the laws of the universe.

These laws are constant and unchanging. To gain the abundance we desire, we must do so in accordance with these laws, and there are several of them.

All religions teach us that there is an infinite source of supply, and abundance is actually our birthright. We just have to learn how to apply the laws in such a way that we gain our heart's desire.

One of these laws is the Law of Vibration and Attraction. The Law of Vibration tells us that everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration. Nothing rests. The chair you are sitting on and even your computer itself is vibrating.

Thought is one form of vibration. It vibrates on a very high frequency, and is one of the most potent forms of energy. These thought waves are cosmic waves that penetrate all time and all space.

The Law of Attraction tells us that like attracts like. When these likes are brought together, they become one, just as two molecules of water will join when brought together.

Here is how we use this knowledge: Since like attracts like, we draw to us the things on which we focus, and to which we feed energy.

These things are vibrating in harmony with you. If you focus on the positive, you will get positive in return. If you focus on negative, you will get negative.

Now, what do you do with this information? You build a picture of your desires, become emotionally involved with that picture, and what you imagine will start to come your way.

Hang onto that idea in your mind and belief, and what you want begins to form. Then let go and let God.

One other universal law I'll tell you about now. It's called the Law of Gender. This law governs what we call creation. You are a co-creator of your reality.

According to the Law of Gender, all the success you want in life already exists. Remember that the Bible and other great religious books tell you there is one infinite source of supply.

Everything comes from and is made up of the same energy. Therefore, the good you desire is already in existence, even though it may be in a different form at present.

All you need to do is access it and manifest it. The law also tells you that everything has its gestation period. For example, we know it takes nine months to have a baby. We don't know, however, the gestation period for an idea to move into form.

Believe in your idea and have faith in it. Eventually your belief and faith will pay off and your thoughts will manifest themselves into reality.

You have everything you need for success. Just add in time to cover the gestation period, and watch your ideas bloom.

I go to my summer house, which double as a studio, there I can sit for hours watching the differing forms which I have in the garden and quietly meditate.

Hey Fran
What a refreshing post!
I love meditation but I rarely do it outside my house. When I did it felt so serene I just wanted to stay there for ever!
Thanks Fran 😀
