A winter tour of the Gustavus dock, with a beautiful sunset
These pictures were taken about 3:30 this afternoon. There were a couple more good sky shots, but they were too fuzzy to include. It was a wonderful evening for pictures.

Light fading here...still a lovely sky
When you visit the dock in the evening, there are always seagulls sitting on the railing, enjoying the view.
This is called "Four Corners," because two roads cross here. It's the closest we come to a mall.
Headed home.
Too bad I didn't get there earlier, but guess these are better than nothing.

I do love snow, it looks so magical and love to stand out in it as it comes down. It blanks out all sounds and makes the world feel so peaceful, clean and fresh.
Not sure if I would still feel like that with your amount of snow but it does look stunning.
Yes, it is stunning. I keep wanting to take more pictures, but think I've done enough. There sure is a lot of it, though, and winter is just getting a good start.
