Never Quit
These are 2 very simple words. Easier said than done. Think about it, had you never quit anything you started, where would you be today? I guess the question that you should be asking yourself is, "Can I honestly say that I have never quit on the important things in my life?"
Take getting into shape for example. Many resolve to be more healthy on January 1st, they are going to eat healthy and exercise regularly...and many by February 1st have quit. Maybe not quit, there are probably many excuses they allow for themselves, or perhaps they can justify every time they skip the gym or eat unhealthy. But the bottom line is, on December 31st the only person you have to answer to is yourself. Did you succeed? Or did you quit somewhere between the excuses and justifications?
Never quit. Simple words that require so much dedication, determination, desire to achieve and discipline. Those 4 words are not so easy. They demand excellence of commitment and steadfast desire to break out of old habits and create newer healthier ones. They require sacrifice. They require change, and let's face it, nobody likes change. But when you consider the end result, is it worth it? In terms of your health, I'm guessing it is not only worth it, but necessary to live a quality life. Less weight on your joints to ease the stress on your knees, more stamina to play with those grandkids, and the ultimate prize of feeling better!
Some words of wisdom from one of my very good friends who said to me after a 6 month bout of health issues, "if you don't have your health, you don't have anything". So next time your start something that at the time is important to you, remember no matter what you do, don't quit!

Great post when i set out on this quest I always said quitting is not an option, have been here nearly two years, have had successes on various levels, have I earned yes has it been regular not yet but it is getting there and for me it feels great to know I have come this far despite life, health and slow learning this is truly a program for all ages and back grounds, my children support me in this even though they laugh and said I am becoming a geek,, wished that was true I will strive to get to where I want to be and help others along the way
That's great to hear! Sometimes I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing, but I keep pushing forward and asking questions! I am proud of the fact that I've finally developed my own website...even if I haven't quite gotten it on top of the SEO list!
I can still feel like that and when I first started out often I felt overwhelmed so I just focused on following the training, just keep pushing onward's and upward's
