Webmasters is telling me this....Why???

At first when I set this site up I had 1 blocked url and talking to Steve (I tried that) he assured me it was nothing to worry about...ok never gave it another thought untill yesterday....Then I find this another one blocked...what is this????? does it affect me in any way????? how should I deal with this????

This is what I am looking at at webmaster....any ideas...?

I did another check with a SEO tool from SEO profilers and came up with this could anyone shed a little light on what this is...?

Still normal.

Your robots.txt file is preventing search engines from accessing and crawling your admin directories. You don't want them in there so this is good.
