I barely have any computer skills, so that makes it difficult for me to follow even the basic instructions in the training. Now so far I have figured out how to get into my bac
Happy to assist you. Even though a source other than WA shouldn’t be needed, I want to share the following:

https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-easily-deactivate-wordpress-plugins/#uninstallplugin

down the left side in the menu click on plugin
it will open the plugin page
you will see all in one seo plugin
click on activate and wait for it to activate
you will see kraken waiting to be acitvated
click on activate
wait for that to be activated.
once both of those are activated
at the top you will see seo
move the mouse pointer over this and a new menu will appear
goto feature manager
and activate
xml sitemaps
social meta
an where you see in the training use google xml sitemaps click on the seo xml sitemap - gotp the bottom and click update sitemaps
but only when you are at that stage in the training
and thats your plugins activated for now Steven

i am sure as you progress through ht ecourse thing wil lget a bit easier.
but carry on asking questions when you get stuck

Thank you for responding. The more I try to understand the process, the more confusing it seems to me. I don’t even understand what OEC stands for.
Just click on the green training tab on the left and you can start with the oec training. That is the Online Entrepreneur Certification course.
Ok, I did start the training, I am on lesson 5. I got as far as logging into my back office, but ran into trouble entering into Wordpress. I need help activating the plugin and deleting whatever needs to be deleted.
The first few times in Word Press can be hard to get used to, but you will become very familiar with it. Just follow the training letter by letter is what I did. It was slow going for a newbie like me, believe me you will get it done.

I got as far as the dashboard, but am not sure what to click on next.
