Hi. If you click on the "view" tab after it shows "site health needs work," you will get a detailed description of things that you can work on to bring your site health up. :)

I am trying to write an article, and I forgot what 'Watch Density" means and how to use it. Cannot remember which lesson this is in.
I think this would refer to keyword density.. for example how many times your keyword is used within the article
Exactly right, if you want to watch your content for a specific keyword and see what % of your article is that keyword, then you can add watch keywords.
You don't want too much keyword density within a given page/post, so 2-5% ideally is the right fit (that is not a rigid number, but a rough idea).
Are we simply trying to minimize keyword density or is 2-5% and ideal range? For example, is too little density a negative? Perhaps this is coming later in my training. P.S. Really enjoying writing. It's been a while.
