Suddenly every morning feels so alive, I can no longer sleep in and its been a LONG time of being lazy and unmotivated , this has been left far behind and this is a good thing to achieve my goals and keep that drive, I really think the more you want to achieve in life the more drive you have the more you will succeed …its not about if you will or not its just a matter of WHEN.

I’m currently going everything I can and most importantly making time for myself . I’ve learned a lot throughout the process here at WA and I’d love to share it on here. I also realized how much this community has to offer - sometimes you just need a support system other than your closest friends and family and this is the perfect place to get it!

I hope to still post about living life and related things because I want this to motivate me to stay on the right track and I do feel good when i’m exercising regularly and eating well… BUT I’ve also realized that I just can’t stay sane when I’m trying to eat perfectly healthy. There is definitely a balance that needs to happen for me to feel my best and I’m still trying to figure that out.

Hope that there are still people out there who remember to like this blog and be part of my exciting journey within WA I’m excited to get this baby going again .. and making this the best year ever.
