I don't think so. I have registered some domains with WA in the past few weeks and I have not had an email like that.

Thank you both. I checked that link and seems like a good idea to do the verification process. I don't know...
You could always leave it for the 15 days and see if it does get suspended.
Best to be safe now than sorry later springs to mind.
For your own peace of mind do what your gut tells you.
