Be Pro-Active with Your Health

Well guys, I have to say I have hit that golden year that your soul age doesn't always match your bodies age. I made it pretty far before things started to go haywire. Be pro-active!!

You can control what you eat, what you drink, how much exercise you get, and how much sleep you attempt to have. Make no mistake, age does creep up and slap you when its time for a change. I am of the age group that we think we are invincible; "I won't be like my parents", stated myself.

HA! Well, I am at the beginning of being like my parents. Genetics is one thing, but what you choose to do throughout your life makes a difference. To everyone young in body, mind and soul; eat better, sleep better, smile more, be happier, run from stress and live in the moment each day.

Cheers to all those who came before me and told me just that!!...(but I didn't listen too much).

I wanted to give you the same advise I have ever heard in this life and that is:

BE PROACTIVE and do what you can for the betterment of all your tomorrows.
