Participating in discussions can give one the 'feel good factor.' I remember when I first did this part of the training - 2 years ago, I had my moments of utter frustration. On the forum I met some fellow members who are going through that not so nice phase, because I have been there before I could give authentic feedback. It just reminded me of the importance of each one teaching one.
