Hello, My Dear Friends,

Many times we get stuck on what to talk about, without realizing that so many things happen in our lives and we have enough material to tell our own stories. When we gather among our families, there are so many events where we laugh, cry, rejoice, and sometimes get mad about it. But after all is said and done, if we don't capture that moment, it will be gone forever.

The best time to capture the moment is right after it happens because it's fresh in our minds and because we were one of the main participants, nobody can tell it better than us. Do you have any stories of your own? I bet you do, but sometimes it may be too embarrassing to bring them out. People need to hear what you have to say, because it could be related to something they may be going through right this minute. Your own story could help them overcome any obstacle they're facing in their own lives.

Sometimes we are afraid of opening up too much about ourselves, We don't want people to know too much about our lives, but we must remember that someone out there needs to hear or see our story, so they can reconsider their position in life before making a major decision.
