How to Focus and be Productive Just Like A Winning Race Horse
Hello Again My Dear Friends,
Why Do Race Horses Wear Blinders
Blinders ("Blinkers") help horses focus on their MOST important task, and win the race...with a singularity of focus.
You start each day with a plan to get so much done, but soon find yourself becoming distracted, focusing on low-priority tasks and, simply, procrastinating. For example, work that requires deeper focus can be reserved for when you know you’re most productive, and other tasks that take up less energy you can complete at another time.
Truly productive people aren’t focused on doing more things; this is actually the opposite of productivity. Keeping a to-do list is the simplest and easiest proven tool to ensure you stay focused and increase your productivity. It doesn’t matter if you have a focused to-do list and energy for days, if you’re not working on the right things at the right time then you’re wasting your time.
Think about what you really need to be doing by focusing on importance.
Get anything of low importance off your plate and become more focused and productive. By setting your goals out first, you stay focused on what matters most and productive throughout the day in order to reach them. It’s also a lot easier to stay focused and be productive when you genuinely care about what you need to achieve and what it will take to get there.
What you really need to do is focus on the most important tasks first. So take a few minutes each day to review your day — and to set yourself up for an even more productive and focused day tomorrow. The key is to focus on the short bursts, as it helps you to concentrate on your tasks without distractions.
Take charge of your time and energy, and learn what to focus on and what to let go.
Instead of focusing on the end result, you need to be focusing on the tasks which you can perform today. If you want to be more productive, you need to focus. Managing your focus is about giving your full attention to the tasks that are going to increase your income. If you’re focused on the wrong tasks then you’re not opening up more opportunities to do the work you love that makes you more money.
When you spend your days focusing on what’s important to you, it becomes easier to stay on task and get things accomplished.
Maintain your productivity by focusing on your goals, organizing your tasks, and tackling procrastination. Get things done more effectively and efficiently by focusing on one task at a time. Your ability to get things done depends on how well you can focus on one task at a time, whether it’s for five minutes or an hour.
One of the most important tips for improving your focus and productivity is to focus on your happiness and well-being first. This is one of my favorite tips for how to stay focused and motivated in the long term. By simply putting your phone away for periods of time, or at least turning off notifications, you’ll gain hours of productivity and focus.
Fully focusing on one task makes you complete it in less time than expected, leaving you more room to do other things. You need to focus on the tasks that will ultimately lead to accomplishing larger goals. Doing at least one thing every day for your business keeps your mind fresh and focused on your startup.

Yes, it is really very important to have a FOCUS in everything we do. Its a no.1 key to success! Without it really you do not know where to start and when to end. It needs a list for those things need to be done for the day and every day and put a checked and so on, it helps. I done that too.
Thank you for sharing.
