Is there a way to get back to give my feedback to the above site? I have the text ready. When reentering "Give feedback" I do not get back to the above website

Hi - no, once you move away from the page for any reason, it then gets offered up to someone else to do the feedback.

I have just finished the training segment "Understanding keywords" and have tried to start Jaaxy to do some keyword "exercises". But I am not able to start Jaaxy. It shows the
Hi, Erik, I have used Jaaxy and not been charged anything. As you are a premium member, if anything, it will be included in your membership payments.
I just click on Jaaxy research down the left hand side. Asyou are Premium choose the Premium. If you are still having trouble go to Help Support.
Hope you get sorted.

Thank you, Wilson! I expected that that would be the way to start but nothing happens. Have contacted Help center.
Erik, I thought I would try mine in case the system was down but it was working okay. Do you get a drop down panel with different options and along the top asking you to insert a keyword search.

I select "Research" in the left column and then a meny comes up offering a keyword search. At the bottom it says "Jaaxy upgrade options" and "Jaaxy dashboard". When I select the latter then I get a list of various Jaaxy versions, and when I select one I know I can nothing happens.
Wilson, thank you for your help! I just figured it out and have linked Jaaxy to my account. I had to reset my password for some reason but it seems that I have the basic functionality now.

At the top is there a panel to insert the word you want to search then click on the magnifying at the end

Not in my opinion. Do the training and learn how to find the low hanging fruit keywords and then trust that the method works.
I've seen more and more of my articles on bing, yahoo and google but it takes time to make it to the first page.
Just be patient and keep writing new content and you will see results. :-)

Oh sorry I misread something in your question. Hmm... Seems weird that you cannot start Jaaxy. I would probably use the Help Center. They've helped me out before with technical problems and they are usually very quick to answer back.
