Is it a one time referral payment or monthly residual?
For every Premium Referral, yes, for as long as he/she stays at WA, whether is monthly or yearly member, you will get recurrent commission.

As Chrystopher stated it depends on the subscription term your referral made.
If you click the dollar sign top right then select program details it will tell you how much you get from your referrals when they become premium.
For Wealthy Affiliate Premium Referrals, it is monthly or yearly, depending upon their subscription term.
