My decision is to get great at building out niche sites rapidly and monetizing them. So over the next 3 months I intend to have 4 up including my WA affiliate site.

You have a great WA niche site going! That is going to be my next one when I get the process going. I already own onlinecashcurator.com and am going to build the WA site on that. Left you a comment on your getting up early post too. All the best - keep it up!
