Hey Eric,
Thank you for sharing Episode 8 of your new IG journey. I can't remember if I asked you, but what Bio app are you using to bring all your links together in one place?
Hey, Eric.
Stay safe at the fire station and any calls, y'all get.
You are doing fantastic on pumping them out. Keep it up, and keep them coming.
JD
Iโve been a casual Instagram user for years, mainly for archiving pics from my bandโs gigs. Iโm learning so many new techniques with your training that itโs making my head spin.
Rewatched episode 3 to get more understanding of the carousel thing you made. Yours look so much more professional opposed to mine, where I slapped mine together in Canva and then added some background music.
I need to invest more time into learning how to put the text into the slides like you have. โฌ๏ธ
You'll get better and better as you go. Trust me. All I'm doing is finding a template I like and then changing the colors around and making the text my own. It's simple once you get the hang of it.
Hey, Eric,
Your last episode encouraged me to create my very first IG post (with the lessons learned here) and I have to check it out now to see if I have some data. Thanks again.
John
Nice! That's what it's all about. Remember, the early growth period is just for finding your lane, finding the tone you want to use, figuring out your branding, your content styles, etc., so just have fun with it! ๐ฏ
I just checked the post and it's zero results, and the size of the image is very wrong, words cutting off. I don't know why I didn't see this when I was posting it. But lesson learned.
John
Early on, there's nothing to worry about because it's all just for you. Consider it a big sandbox where you're learning your way. Definitely do all your uploading from your phone so you can see exactly what it looks like on mobile. No one is on instagram from their desktop. ๐๐ผ

Great ideas. I'm watching these videos in batches because it gets my mind zoned into noticing new ideas.
This time, it was the fact, creating reels, in particular, need not take up too much of our time. We have other things to do so it has to be quick and snappy. So, as long as we are not being too much of a perfectionist and are prepared to get the reeld out there, we can cover a lot of ground quite quickly.
Thanks for the ideas, Eric. On to the next one now.
Glad youโre enjoying these ๐๐ผ
