Day 10: Getting Rolling
One one hand, I can't afford to pay $50 a month to access the training, so I need to knock ALL of it out quickly.
On the other hand, I can totally do that. I'm super excited to finally be learning how to make some money on the internet, and to have a good set of training wheels. I have a month to get it all done, and I have some killer ideas to try out...
So, my niche is kind of silly, but I'm having a lot of fun with it it. Bright Ideas Emporium started out with me brainstorming niches I knew and cared enough about to handle well. I'm a creative type, so all I did was slowly gaze around my room and consider every individual object I saw. The tiny Turkish lamp I love caught my attention, as I remembered how long it took to find bulbs that fit inside it - I coudln't use it for more than a year, because the right bulbs were so hard to find.
And it dawned on me, that was a problem which could have had a simple solution, and I can't be the only person who's ever faced it. Initially, Bright Ideas was a resource for light bulbs. The oddly shaped ones, the tiny ones, the HUGE ones, the awesome colored ones that are only available during the holidays. I quickly realized, though, that there were a lot more resources and money to be had by branching into specialty lighting and fixtures, as well.
So now, I have a blog about lamps and light bulbs.
Its been a great concept to practice with, and... Who knows? Maybe my writing will be charming enough to gain a modest following? Maybe it won't? I've learned so much from just putting it together, I won't be mad either way. I have some other ideas for a more spiritual blog I've been dreaming up for a year, now. It began as a book idea, but why not build a blog, write an e-book around it, and use the blog to boost it? #genius
So, I've got about a month to knock out the training and build some more onto my site, but I'm looking forward to it. That's a goal I know I can acheive.

Hi - a couple of things to be aware of. Your next month's payment of $49 will be taken automatically, so if you intend to cancel, then you need to do it a couple of days before it is due. Once you have cancelled, you will no longer have any access to this platform. You can't become a free starter again.
