I have seen the page in WA to transfer but it asks for a code which I don't know where to find.
When I go to 123 reg to transfer it asks me for my new hosts name server

I just did a search around WA and it seems that this is a common question, to which there has never been a definitive answer! For example: Help transfering .co.uk domains after backing up? 123-reg Most people suggest getting Support involved which you can do under the black pen icon at the top of the page and selecting "Ask a question'. You'll then be referred to either the W community or Support - clearly, you require the latter. Apologies if you already know this. :-)
