I work too hard then I fall, but this time, I caught myself before I fell. I took a break for just a couple of days and now I'm back energised and ready to work in balance.
I'm balancing being a parent, being a daughter, being a friend, health, happiness and learning affiliate marketing and building my business.
They're all important and I'm consciously making time to balance them all.
