Do you use the Give&Take; discussion page?

Have you ever used the Give&Take discussion page? Have you experienced something like that - you ask for a comment, somebody says they left a comment and you return the favour. Unfortunately, their comment never appears on your site.
It is really disappointing. I don't mind leaving comments when somebody asks for them, but please do not mislead people.
When you ask for comments, always write the return comments on the Give&Take discussion page only after receiving them on your site.
