trying to put ads onto my new website and I don't know how
Hi,
how far are you with the training?
Are you getting any traffic yet?
As long as you don't have visitors, you don't need to worry about ads.

This will get explained in the training.
I'd recommend to just continue with the training.
If you get ahead of yourself, you will just get overwhelmed by all the information.
The training is laid out very well and teaches everything step by step.
Don't rush it or you will fail!
The training will also teach how to put ads on your site.
But if your site is new and empty, it won't have visitors anyways. No need to put ads on such a site.

Since your site is new,it probably hasn't been indexed yet.Focus on creating valuable content(posts) to keep people's interest on your site.Adding ads right now will take their focus away.You need content to become established with the search engines.Ads will not help that...
