Anyone using Mailchimp plugin?

So, I downloaded the mailchimp plugin and for the most part I liked how easily it installed. My main concern is that if an email address is incorrect a message is sent to the person with my home address! As I do not have a business address, I was wondering if anyone knows a work around or a better plugin to use. I was hoping to set up Email Notifications on my blog. Any help is greatly appreciated.
