Back Again After Having Flu
I've been sick last Saturday and Sunday that I was not able to open my laptop. Flu bugs get the better of me. Thanks to my garlic food and rest, with some flu meds, that I was able to get up but still a little hazy last Monday. However, I couldn't allow myself to rest more after I've seen that I've missed a lot, including Jay's training.
My ranking also dipped down just after two days. I felt little dismayed of this fact.
I was busy last week for a friend who stayed in our house for a vacation and spending time together after years of not seeing at all. I spent most of my time cooking, talking with him and my husband and touring our place. At the same time, I partly work with my posts at night. Unkowingly, my body was overwhelmed.
Yes, getting sick is not nice at all. We all might wish that we won't get sick but we can't totally avoid even though we make sure to eat and live well.
Now, I'm back again and kicking. I've been trying to catch up with my posts and images that need polishing. My novel as well had been given time for another update.
A lot of things to do with little time.
Thanks for the family here in WA and some blogs that's really encouraging that I can't let myself to be down more.
I've been reading back Kyle's trainings and made some changes in my posts. I must work more. Somehow, being under the weather for two days made me realize to reorganize my time. Also, Kyle's last training reminded me to get back in my scheduling and keep it sacred.
I can't deny a friend who visited from England just to be with us here in the Philippines but I can do something with my time.
This experience cleared my mind to follow a precise schedule. In case a friend visits again, then I need to make some tweeks with my calendar so that I won't go back with flu due to tiredness doing a lot of things at the same time.
I shared this here for I just want everyone to know that I'm happy to be part of this WA family.
All for the best.
