If anyone who has not had an issue is wondering,,wow site support is really fast.
I`ve had a small issue since last night,tried to solve it myself but could not get it. Issued a ticket,,bingo within 5 mins..probably less I was actually doing something else..I received a message that the problem was fixed. Now that`s service .. and reinforcement I made the right choice in joining Wealthy Affiliates.

The industry average is often times hours if not days to get an issue resolved.

How do I activate SiteSSL features on my website? I moved my siterubix.com website to my personal domain hosted at WA yesterday but I can't access it as it is blocked.
Please, how do I progress from here?
Hi Joe follow siterubix/site manager / go to the bottom of the panel for the site ..there you will see 3/? Wirh site plus under that..click that..it takes you to ssl and 2 other options..turn on all of those

Thank you, I appreciate your kind support. I have done that severally but it says it is queued, It has been like that since yesterday. That was why I cried out for help. I am in touch with site support but it is yet to be resolved.
The painful aspect of it that I cannot log onto the site to work on the website. I hope I get beyond here soon.
